  • A cable tray system

    A cable tray system is used to support insulated electric cables used for power distribution and communication. Cable trays are also used as an alternative to open wiring or electrical conduit and are commonly used for cable management in commercial and industrial construction.
    All Cable trays are made from pre galvanized ST37 Tensile strength steel.
    We offer two types of galvanized cable trays and cable ladders, the first one where hot dipped pre galvanized is punched and then galvanized.
    The other type is punching an already galvanized sheet.











    Preference is given to the first method
    • Design 2 heavy duty return flange comply with international standard.
    • Coupler set are made of 2 pieces including 8 bolts and 8 nuts.
    • Other special accessories are done upon request.

  • Steel or Aluminium

    This is a question I get a lot and it really depends on the purpose of the door. There is no doubt that steel is stronger than aluminium and if strength is your number one priority then steel is the answer. But steel doesn’t always match the aesthetics of every property nor is it as corrosion resistant. If choosing an Aluminium door for security it must be one with the Stainless steel mesh and preferably 316 marine grade. It also must come with a 3-Point Lock by Australian Standards. There are many players in the market pushing non complying aluminium doors as security doors to uneducated buyers. If its not built from steel or doesn’t have a stainless steel mesh then it is very likely its not a security door.

  • THE ANATOMY OF A DOOR

    We’re (mostly) in the business of building doors. We live, breathe, sleep and eat doors. Well, not exactly “eat” them, but you catch our drift. We love iron and everything you can make with it, but we realize that not everyone is as excited as we are about doors. And perhaps that’s because you don’t know doors like we know doors. So let us explain.

    Security Screen Doors Vs. Iron Entry Doors

    In our world a security screen door is a door that’s installed over an existing door. They usually, though not always, come with some sort of screen (more on screens later). They are designed to improve the security of your existing door and can be made in any shape, size, configuration or color. Customers choose from a large catalog of designs and can mix and match aspects of any of them, or bring us a design to match an existing fence, gate or piece of art you already own. And we can even custom design it from scratch, just for you. Some people might call them storm doors, screen doors or security doors. There are subtle differences in each, but they are basically the same thing.

    An iron entry door is a door designed to replace your existing door. Iron entry doors are made from heavy gauge iron and often come with hinged glass inserts and/or removable screens. Like Security Doors they can be fabricated in any design you choose with any of a number of options like added kickplates, sidelights, transoms, door hardware and finishes. Our customization options are endless!

  • EXCLUSIVE DOORS AND WHY YOU NEED ONE!

    One of our newest security screen door collections offered on our website is the “Exclusive” line. Since launch it’s been hugely popular, with our customers asking for it in every design. So what makes it so different?

    In a nutshell, it offers all of the features of our standard security doors but with upgraded features included in the price.

    For starters it comes standard with a two piece lock and lever which offers enhanced security and a sleek design finish. Customers can also upgrade to a beautiful handmade iron handle for an elegant enhancement.

    Every Exclusive door comes with a one piece removable screen as opposed to the two piece screens that our regular security screen doors come with, making removing them a snap. Secondly, we can make these doors with a hinged glass insert which allows those wonderful spring breezes to drift across your home without having to work with complicated latches and removable pieces. This is an industry breaking design feature which we are proud to have developed.

    Our Exclusive line also comes standard with a thicker 14 gauge 4” x 1 ½” steel door frame and a 2½” x 2½” steel mounting frame, making the door sturdy and secure.

    The hinges are upgraded to bullet hinges from the standard H hinges more commonly offered on a security door. We are also adding roller catches which provide a smooth closing door, and upgraded weather sealant around the door’s edges along with a rain guard and rubber sweep for even more moisture protection.








    These doors can also be made with thick steel mesh instead of standard screens for a small additional charge. We also offer the addition of a kick plate, sidelights, transom, doggy door, pneumatic closer, wreath peg, center frieze and HD options to name a few.
